Fitness for the Day

It’s the weekend and that means some free time to go work out. After making a few S’mores and snacking on a quarter of a bag of marshmallows, there was definitely some calories to be burned. Since I’m going out for dinner again tonight, there wasn’t a lot of time between finishing work and hitting the bicycle before heading back out. In my 30 minute ride I burned 602 Calories and traveled 7.65 miles.
