Fitness for the Day – Feb 11th 2008
I was running a bit late today so that meant I had to cut my working out a bit short. I also normally work out in the evenings but with a project due this week, it meant I had to stay downtown late and get the job done. During my thirty minute workout, I did some stretching and cycled again for 20 minutes and 3 seconds to cover 5.17 miles and burn 407 Calories. Pulse rate was in the 130-140 bpm range which is good. According to About.Com that puts me in the Average Fitness category.
Tomorrow’s my day off from school, will be spending it studying for a Wednesday midterm but I will definitely increase the duration of the workout to compensate for today.
