Fitness for the day – Feb 2nd 2008

I haven’t worked out since doing the Cardio-X and after that one session I was sore for 2 days.  It might be because of that work out of the one I did before it too.  Regardless, I was sore but that’s not necessarily a bad thing.  Yesterday I walked the city for an hour making my way through downtown in what was called the “storm of the season”.  The University of Toronto shutdown at 11AM which I think made them a bunch of pansies.  The snow had more or less stopped and by 11 you should have no problems making your way down.  I’m only a bit ticked off because my Friday consists of classes from 10-11 and 11-12.  If they canceled class at 10, I’m sure I’d be thinking differently.  Back to my workout, today I jumped on my bicycle for a 30 minute ride (traveled 7.62 miles and burned 601Calories).   I also did a short ab workout but I think I’ll try the Ab-Ripper X (15 minute workout) along with another short ride tomorrow.
